Patio Parfait in Paradise alludes to the vertical backyards that are a feature of the eastern coastal strip of NSW. While this artwork takes inspiration and observation from various sources along with artistic licence it is mostly referencing the area around Manly and Fairlight in particular. This work is currently submitted for consideration in the Wynne Landscape ( suburbscape? )Art Prize.
