First four of new Sentinels series almost ready for framing, three more in process.

Acrylic on canvas studies of Australian trees with striking structures or textures from research from Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne. They seem to silently stand guard forever but then can be sadly lost when bushfires descend.

Painting these has been a lovely lockdown retreat.
